Is it possible to get a loan with security being unencumbered:
Electronic-TCT Titled beachfront development site in Palawan (with small cottage) under my Philipine corporation name
Zoned and certified for resort development.
The current value of the land in Port Barton,San Vicente, Palawan is pesos PHP 3500psm to 6500 psm , size 3,77 heactares (37746sqm)
Total value approximately Php 132 million to 245 million. (Department of revenue valuation should be higher than 3500 pesos psm)
Purpose:
To use to purchase hotel in Indonesia
The proposed purchase Freehold (Titled) motel for tourist accommodation
Modern construction of brick and tile in good condition
Accommodation income would be approximately Php 756000. (Aud$20,000) per week gross excluding any income from other motel activities like the restaurant
Situated in main tourist area 400 metres to the beach on a hill.
Debt and Assets
I have a credit card limit Aud$ 5000 but no other debts
Additionally own unencumbered Prviate beach, Port Barton, San Vicente, Palawan approximate value Php 58 million pesos
I also own house contents and car approxiamate value Aud$50,000
The loan amount required would be PHP 39 million pesos, (AUD$1,000,000)
an interest only 10% per year repayments per year Php 4 million, with monthly payments of Php 333,334 per month, length of loan preferably 10 years
